a good wrist monitor that tellsa me how many calories ive burned with my weight height etc & heart rate ? but deff cals

    You need one with a chest strap to get any kind of accuracy. The wrist only ones are garbage. A Polar FT4 is a good basic monitor at a reasonable price.
