Introduction

Hello everyone, I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Becky and I am on a mission to get as healthy as I can. I was going to start after the holidays but thought better of it. I have been on medication for 7 weeks so I have been putting on the weight. Most likely it will not stop until I stop taking steroids. Which is in 12 days hopefully. I lost 73 pounds two years ago and kept it off. But now I need to commit to losing more weight. I love the daily food tracker. Kind of scary to see how fast it adds up.

I am very active, love the outdoors especially camping. I want the ability to take the longer trails for enjoyment. I would also like to try trail riding and see if I like that. My son is learning to ride his bike so I need to keep up with him. I am learning to use this site so any suggestions would be great.
