Knee pain!!!!

So I have fallen off the wagon a bit and I have gained about 10 pounds back...along with the weight I also have this horrible knee pain...an advice as to why my knees are in agony or any way to help with the pain?!?!?!?!?!

Congratulations on your success so far! I started having knee discomfort that resulted from weak leg muscles and an over-tight IT band. A trip to the doctor's and time with a PT got me back. Good luck!0

go to a orthopedic doctor. asking for medical advice on here is wasting your time. go to a doc. make sure he orders an mri and xray. anything else short of this and he is pretty much just guessing.0

A few years ago I used to run daily, I hurt my knee and I quit for a year :-( Last week I landed wrong on my knee and I hurt it. This time I am trying to run through it. It is starting hurt less each day, hopefully I will never have to stop.0

I have left knee pain too! My pain started after a quick 20 minute run last week. I think I pushed myself too far or too fast, too quickly. I took a few days off, did some yoga, indoor cycling, lifting weights, things that didn't bother my knee. it felt fine. Ran again over the weekend and it hurts again. At yoga today it still kinda hurts but didn't affect my yoga poses that much. I'm supposed to be training for a 5k that is in exactly 1 month so I'm super frustrated and now slightly scared that if I run again it'll go back to the pain...UGH.. off to the doctors I go...0
