How to tone up?

My friend has seen me in a bikini, and she says I look better than i let on about, i just need to tone up but I am not sure what moves/cardio or weights work best for toning up? I need to tone up EVERYWHERE!

  • have you ever thought about doing some pilates/yoga? i do it weekly and it is a major challenge on the muscles - i definitely break out in a good sweat. it's also good for stretching the muscles; i do it to give myself an awesome stretch after a week of working out - lengthy flexible muscle will give you that tone look. even doing some body-weight-fitness, such as push up/sit-ups/leg-lifts/etc, is a good start.
