    Watching my daughter at her dance competitions.
    Watching my son on the basketball court (but not on defense,unfortunately).
    Hearing my wife laugh.
    Being with my Dad and Sisters, because in them I see my Mom, who passed away way too young (back in '05).
    Waking up early, having coffee, and being in the middle of a really good book.
    Anticipating a great March 2013 spring break vacation with us 4.
    Knowing that I'm 26% to my goal of losing 35 pounds. I CAN DO THIS! I AM DOING THIS!
    The primal scream I release in my front yard after I set a new 5k personal best time (29m 3s, btw. Not bad for 45years old and 246 pounds)
    The satisfaction I get from just starting an exercise session, knowing that moments before, I had a feeling of dread. I'M DOING IT!

    Snuggling with my babies (2 and 5), my husband making it home safe from work when he insists on driving in a blizzard, capaccino, crochet, pretty clothes, new yarn, taking things I no longer need to charity, having my students tell me how much they missed me and love me when I return to school after being home sick, clean laundry, helping a stranger and recieving a smile....just to name a few! :love:

    Being appreciated in some way, someone laughs at what I say ! and of course See's candy mocha and butterscotch square, looking nice in new clothes, watching my chihuahua strut along with his gargantuan confidence, my home -clean and tidy, extra money !, stormy weather, the wind before rain (it's happening now), a new, cheap thrift shop, going on a little outing with my sister and we are enjoying everything! My stunning Christmas lights as I come walking home. :flowerforyou:
