I've been at this for a bit and I'm finally formed a good habit for the most part on eating better and working out more. My work has always limited me from finding time to work out and I always ate horribly (drinking too). Now, I am MAKING time to work out and eating better regularly (I still cheat though). I was once a fit martial arts instructor in my younger years so i know what it takes to do this. I've had to relearn my discipline. It's been a struggle but I'm getting there.

Everyone cheats, it's to be expected! I'd be a huge liar if I said I didn't like my sweets. But I'm learning that it's all about moderation! So right now, I'm looking for motivation with that! I can never seem to have one cookie--I have to have three or four. So I'm teaching myself that I could just have fruit or something else instead so that I don't go overboard with a sweet! It's great you're making time to work out! I've recently gone from going.... well never, to about three-four times a week. It's a great feeling!0

Definitely cut down on the cheats. French fries are my kryptonite.0
