Pumpkin and Cream cheese Experiments

Since pumpkin puree and cream cheese have been extremely cheap recently, thanks to the holidays, I stocked up and have made several discoveries (some of these are recipes) I thought I'd share:
1. fat free philly cream cheese=yuck (has an aftertaste too)
2. fat free philly cream cheese+1/3 less fat philly cream cheese=normal (creamy, and loses the aftertaste from the fat-free one)
