Hi From Whakatane nz
Ive just finished (a suprisingly easy) 2 week bout of the HCG diet. Lost 7 kg. But have come to the conclusion that it cant be healthy to do it for too long.
Though the quick weight loss has been great, It would be nice to have some energy to do normal everyday things!
So now im on the track and maintain phase and this website looks like a great way to keep control of what im putting in.
Hope your all doing well and the silly season is not hurting too much : )
