A day in my food diary (VIDEO) !!!!!!!

I thought id be abit different and put a day in my food diary up in video form!!!!!!!!!!!

    Interesting and SO much healthier than the UK average diet! Great to show people you are eating plenty of food not starving yourself, yet moderating portion sizes. Being picky (sorry lifestyle is my job and my passion!!) I'd like to see something blue/ purple - frozen berries on your breakfast perhaps? And some oily fish instead of red meat twice.

    Yes i do tend to have some fruit with my breakfast, That morning i was extremely bloated so i skipped it. However, i do not eat fish im afraid and my boyfriend does not enjoy any type of sea food so we do not tend to have that option very often, however, Ill show a veggie option for dinner maybe in my next vid. As i also try to only have red meat once in a day if i can help it. What your average day of food like?

    1000 calories is "plenty of food"? Hmmm......

    Don't get me wrong, your food is definitely healthy and I love your idea of a food diary video! I would just be starving on 1000 calories.

    I get what your saying, but this is just one day, my calories do vary from 1000 to about 1300 over the week depending on how hungry I am that week. That specific day I had been soo busy at work so my mid morning and mid afternoon snacks went out the window. I tend to have fruit or a cereal bar. Maybe i should have done a video over the course of like 3 days to show variation. However, this particular day i had alot of carbs, i.e pasta and sweet potato and also meat. so they tend to keep my hunger at bay. :0)

    I would love comments on my food and how to improve the nutritional range. its great for me to learn about new ways to be healthy and not starve myself haha :0)

    Hey I totally understand about having hectic crazy days where you have a hard time getting in your food, lol!! I like what FireFox said about putting fruit on your oatmeal. I know you said you usually snack on fruit or a cereal bar but how about nuts, seeds, greek yogurts or cheese sticks? Those are my favorite snacks usually. Hard boiled eggs are good to munch on too.

    Yeah i LOVE greek yoghurts actaully, ill have to add those. I had my first cheese stick today and hated it. haha. I sound so picky! Thanks for your comments. My next video will deffo be alot more varied.
