My schedule is beyond crazy (i could tell you but you wouldn't believe me) and it's entirely possible that i miss a day or two a week of working out which totally bums me. I know, (thanks Boss!) that i shouldn't double up my weights workout, just start back on the next day. But on the cardio side of things, is it a bad idea to try to "make up" the time so it all averages out for the week, or is it healthier to just let that time go? Please keep in mind that my goal is not weightloss, i've already acheived that.
thank you for your input!

cardio is differerent. With steady state cardio (assuming under your aerobic threshold here) you can do as long as you want to or feel you can keep it up. If you miss a day and want to double up the next day, that's fine, as long as your body can reasonably handle a doubling up of work, maybe think about lowering the intensity a little though, so you don't exhaust yourself to badly.
Just remember to watch your deficit. :happy:0 -
