Hi. Just wondering if anyone else does body rock? How do you log it? I haven't been but am interested in how much I burn. Surely it's a lot, it is bloody hard to do!!!

I log it as cardio and about 10 calories a minute since it’s incorporating weights at the same time...not sure if that answers your question0

10 calories per minute sounds like an overkill, it takes more than a minute to burn 10 calories for most people.
Just log it under cardio / circuit training MFP will give you a estimated burn if you wanna eat back the calories.
They are typically HIIT workouts for 10-12 minutes. I work harder doing one of those than running a 10 minute mile- which is approximately 100 calories.
I don't think 10 min a minute is that extreme if you're working at the top end of your exertion level.0 -
Wear a fitness tracker and that solves everything. It'll be the most accurate assessment of how many calories you've burned and will sync to MFP automatically.0

I wouldn't really say a fit bit or any sort will be as useful- that's more accurate for steady state cardio. I mean it could but I see it over guessing.0 -
I try not to presume how much other people are working- but I guess to me not a stretch to see 10 cals a minute in my mind. A 10 min mile isn't that fast (for me) so my level of effort is WAY above for a HIIT workout than a casual run.
Which is why in my mind- guessing at 10 cals/min isn't a stretch. But I mean- that's up to someone else to correlate. I think some- self awareness/self realness is required here LOL0 -

I wear mine for things like Zumba, P90X, Insanity or just personal circuits created by my trainer - things like that and it tracks it just fine. I think it actually tracks it more accurately because something like MFP is only going to track the specific amount of time you spent doing the exercise, not taking into account what your actual HR and exertion levels were and that your body, depending on how hard you were working, will continue to burn calories for a various extended period afterwards.
