i am in the same boat... must just get through today.....................SLOWEST DAY EVER!!!! Trying to figure out how to make my company lose power....

Im' right there with you! Got a full day ahead and no motivation to do anything at all. If someone else hadn't taken vacation today, my butt would be home like all the other sane people out there We can do it though!

Working.I work in Quality Admin so my job is mostly paperwork but I am the only one in the department today so there is very little paperwork to do.

I have no trouble focusing, I am having trouble staying awake because analyzing trends and data is kind of boring when you are allllllll alone - I even cleaned my bosses desk for him.

I'm out of my vacation & sick time for the year (due to FMLA and caring for my mom), so I'm working and covering for 1/2 of the team being out. BUT - at least I'm working at home.

I keep secretly hoping that they will shut down the office early...even though it isn't really the day before Christmas, it's kind of like it! LOL

But, I'm going to keep myself busy with MFP boards and silly surfing.

I'm here. For another 3-1/2 hours, anyway. Plus, it's rainy and windy here, too. That always makes things even more miserable. Maybe I'd be in a better mood had I not set my alarm incorrectly, so I didn't get my morning workout in. Now I'll have to go to the gym at night. Ugh... Hopefully, it'll be quiet on Friday just before Christmas?

I had over 80 hours of vacation time accrued, and I needed to take most of it or I would lose it (yeah, I'm boring and never go anywhere blah blah), so I started my vacation yesterday, and am not going back to work until the 3rd. But if I WERE at work, I'd probably be losing my mind...lol

I'm working today and then on Monday. I tried to organize a little potluck for the unfortunates that "get" to be at work on the 24th so that has shaped up nicely. I'm pretty sure that the 12 people who have signed up will be the only 12 in the building...

Ugh! I'm here for 4 more hours... and my only day fof next week is Christmas Day... and I'm the only one here in my department and all of the other departments are having Christmas Potlucks and parties and stuff.... Feeling left out doesn't make for a very productive day :ohwell:
