Looking for friends and motivation!

Hello!
My name is Amber. I am 22 and weigh about 165 and am looking to get down to about 135. The first 15 pounds came off easy but I am struggling with the last 30.

I got sick a while back and was not really on for about a month until I got better. Looking for motivation and support and I will do the same for you!

I tend to be MIA Monday and Tuesday because those are the days I am with my boyfriend. He works over nights and has a 7 year old that lives with him so other then his days off I really do not see him. He is the worst when it comes to dieting. He likes to go out to eat and out drinking on at least 1 of his days off.

I am always looking for new ideas for work outs and diets but I do not really have the money to do anything too crazy.

If you are looking for friends, motivation, and support from someone and willing to do the same in return then ADD ME!

    Hey Amber,

    I would say using a diet is not going to help you, making a lifestyle will :) A diet is short term and harder to follow the longer you are on it, but if you can change how and what you eat in a way that feels like you could live your whole life doing that then you will be so much more successful. And I defintely love to exercise at home without equipment whenever possible, I am so CHEAP! You can find all sorts of exercises that are fun to do and I even made a huge pin board that showed many different ways to make it fun.

    Like there is this one routine that is based off watching a Harry Potter movie, certain words mean you need to complete a certain number of reps of a certain equipment free exercise (ie. jumping jacks, burpees, plank, etc.) and it could be figured out for any of your favorite movies or shows to watch.

    Anyways! I am glad you added me as a friend, I think you are already doing a really good job from what I saw from surface and I will definitely be here to help and motivate you in any way you need.

    Pintrest has become a new obsession of mine lol so many good food ideas and work outs. I am currently doing 5 of them. 3 VS for legs, arms, and abs. Another work out for boobs. And another for beginners and it boosts you up a little bit each day. They all take me about an hour an a half (for the past 2 days i have done them. I have also found a new diet or life style plan that has me eating every 2 hours between the 2 meals and snacks between meals and desert as a separate meal (which I never thought of doing before!). It is less of what I can and can not eat and more of what I should eat. Like 1 portion of lean protein for breakfast along with 1 med fresh fruit or 1 complex carb and unlimited non starchy veggies (lists are included for what is considered good protein, complex carbs, and non starchy veggies) . Today is day 2 and it is simple and healthy! It also gives me 1 spurge day and explained how spikes in calories, carbs, and sugar 1 day a week is good for your body because it keeps it on it's toes instead of getting lazy. I am hoping I have a good system worked out.

    That sounds like a pretty good plan, and glad I am not the only one on the pinterest obsession train! There are so many brillant idea's on there.

    Oh yeah lol I have a lot of clothes and make up stuff on there too. I tend to keep it open as a tab like I do for this site and facebook.
