i've just discovered this website which looks really reliable but i gave a glance at the weight loss programm.It suggests different workouts.I got interested in the topic "lose your last 10 ibs" and basically i learned how to lose 10 ibs (my last) according to my weight and height.Anybody already tried this workouts? (they last no more than 15 minutes but you have to repeat them twice a day /4 days a week )
