Off Days

On my "off days" I set myself I feel like all my progress will vanish and that I should be doing at least something with my body to keep it strong. I'm so close to my weight goal that I stopped fretting over the lbs lost and just concentrate on my strength. The only cardio I do now is my daily walking and once spring comes possibly running. Since I can not afford a gym membership and I'm pretty low on being able to lift I use calisthenics as my form of strength training. This is my current routine:

1. Sit-ups x50
2. Side leg lifts x50 (per leg)
3. Leg lifts x30
4. Butt lifts x20
5. Push-ups x40
6. Fire hydrant x30
7. Squats x30
8. Lunges x30
9. Planks 30sec intervals until I can't do anymore
10. Arms (with water-filled milk jug)

I usually do this routine twice for two days in a row and then take a rest day. I'm thinking of splitting up this to working on certain muscle groups and add in more exercises for those groups and concentrate on each every day. What typically happens with me and off days is the day after I tend to be a little more lazy. I'd like to avoid that by kicking my own butt and make sure I'm doing something each day. Looking for input and perhaps some suggestions for more calisthenic exercises I can add in.

Go for a long walk on your off day - be it outside or in a mall if the weather is gross...Your muscles need the rest day....

My cousin is a body builder and I see him post which muscle groups he's working on each day so I figured it would be okay to try and do the same, except that I'm not using the heavy equipment just my body. I'd really like to aim to work on at least something each day. I do try and walk a lot already but in Wisconsin and the snow and neighbors lack of salt on side walks it makes it a little difficult to want to unless I have to go somewhere.
