I have this horrible one on my neck
HOLY F****** CRAP! THAT'S GOT TO HURT! HOW DO YOU OBTAIN SOMETHING SO HORRID?! I HOPE YOU GET RID OF THAT MINI MONSTER!!!!0 -
It's a common problem I've heard amongst those that have desk jobs, or are seated alot, and sweat.
Body scrub to exfoliate, and an acne clearing facewash should do the trick. Wear 'breathable' clothing, like cotton.
^^This. My husband drives for work (and plays a lot of video games) and gets in grown hairs on his patoot. Might want to get that checked out before it gets infected.
Oh I bet he loves that you shared this on teh interwebz....0 -
I have this horrible one on my neck
That is not a pimple, sir. That is one big effing cyst....0 -

I had those for years and when I changed to cotton underware they went away0

I used to do that to my dad's back as a kid. He used to give us a quarter for every one we popped.....
We needed therapy as we got older, obviously.0 -

it looks like a boil...You need to see a DR, and get antibiotics....0 -
You have to go to the doctor ASAP...it is a sort of boil that grows when there is to much infection accumulated. They have to do an incision to let out all the pus and bacteria. Do not try to pop it yourself or else it might cause for the infection to worsen and run through your body. I know because my brother had one of those suckers on his neck. Hope it helps0

Perhaps it's a tumor.
You just can't NOT read that in your best Ah-nold voice.

Panoxyl bar soap does wonders, had a friend who used it on back acne. A couple weeks later it had cleared up.
Is the picture the OP's issue or just someone posted it? If posted - go to doctor - like now! That's a definite boil and you'll want antibiotics for it. You can end up with a crater in your neck if it's left untreated.
As for zits, Panoxyl is easy to find at places like Walgreens and it does work. Rub the soap in and let it sit on the skin for a little while, then rinse it off. Also, I agree with the posters on getting cotton underwear. Your clothes may be too tight. The other issue, it may be a yeast infection. If yes, you can put zinc oxide on it and/or put Apple Cider Vinegar and let it sit overnight. Rinse in the a.m. - helps with bacterial infections and yeast.

P.S. These apply to zits EVERYwhere on the body. Women get zits on the chest at times due to heat and yeast issues.0 -
Um...first of all, I am going to assume this is a regular MFPer who created a new account to specifically ask this question. Second, try a band aid soaked in tea tree oil.0

Used to have the problem when I was younger. Just scrub your butt cheeks in the shower.
Unless you have one of those skin disease/allergy things, zits are usually about dirty skin. Solution? Wash skin.0 -
This thread is out of control! My phone was stuck on that boil picture and everytime I went to scroll I HAD
to look away.0 -

I think your dermatologist would be more suitable to answer this question, not random people over the internet
