Having trouble reaching 3000

Hi guys. I'm currently on 2700 and the scale is absolutely stuck. No matter how much weight I lift that damn thing won't go up. I'm supposed to be eating 3000, but I'm just not that hungry at the end of the day. I've already scarfed down fast food, ice cream, and muffins during the day so I'm not sure what else to do. Is it bad if I just stay on 2700? Is there something else I should be doing to bulk up?

    Steroids might help

fast food is not the answer, eat more calorie dense foods. Such as peanut butter, nuts, protein shakes, olive oil, potatoes, oats, pasta. 300 extra calories from 2700 to 3000 is just 2 hand fulls of almonds

I think so too, but I prefer to be natural.

I'm currently eating 3500 cals/day and I'm loosing weight (yes, I'm an ecto and fairly muscular). I used to be REALLY REALLY skinny. 3K is really not THAT much but it can feel like a chore. It's very hard to go from eating 2K to 3K cals. Increase slowly and EASE into it. Even if you took steroids you wouldn't grow that much if you're nto eating enough. Where is that mass going to come from if not from food?

Think of every meal as a challenge to see how much you can eat. Eat LOTS of beef. Ground beef is your friend. YOu don't NEED extra lean ground beef, go with lean or even higher. Get a rice cooker and eat LOTS of rice and sweet potatoes.

I was stuck at 185 lbs for YEARS till I figured out how to bulk properly and the first time I succeeded I went EXTREMELY dirty. I would literally eat a large pizza to myself EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I went from 185 lbs to 210 lbs in about 4-5 months after beign stuck at 185 for ~3 years. It might be easier to go the dirty root first and clean up after you get the hang of it.

Meal timing is complete BS and unsupported by science. This won't do anything.

You're exercising too much and eating up your muscles. Try changing your routine to low weight, high reps with little pink dumbbells, maybe that will break your plateau. Also, Body by Vi shakes might be useful - they have that special "tri-sorb" protein, you know.

Sometimes this is what you have to do. I can't eat 3000 calories of chicken rice and veg. Well not every day...

I hear sugar makes you fat. Maybe rather than trying to eat those extra 300 calories, you can just add a tablespoon of sugar to your day.

You need to drink more aspartame.
Studies show that people that drink diet sodas weigh more.
    you're welcome.

I'll bet you're spacing your meals out and eating 6 meals a day too, aren't you? Don't you know that "jump starts" your metabolism?!? Gawd sakes man, think about what you're doing to yourself! Eat it all at once, preferably after 7 PM because it instantly makes you fat if you eat at night - and make sure there's lots of protein too, because we all know the body can only handle 30 grams of protein at once and everything extra gets instantly converted to fat and stored.
