I only lost 5lbs in a month :/

I used to lose three or four pounds a week for about six weeks. But I wasn't looking any fitter. After losing so much weight so quickly, I learned that I had been losing muscle as well as fat. Now I'm losing less each week, but I'm okay with that since I'm minimizing muscle loss.
Lesson I learned: it's unreasonable to rush weight loss. When it comes to shedding pounds, more is not necessarily better.0
