Here's an easy recipe for angel food cake. The recipe makes 10 servings, 185 calories each, .3g of fat, and no cholesterol.
1 16 oz. angel food cake mix
1 (15 oz.) can peaches or mandarin oranges, diced with juice
Preheat oven according to package directions.
In large bowl, combine the cake mix and canned peaches or mandarin oranges. Do not add water.
Mix according to package directions.
Pour into tube pan or 2 loaf pans.
Bake according to package directions. (Do NOT under-bake!)

I make something similar to this but with a 20oz can of crushed pineapple instead. You can top it with cool whip and toasted coconut - it's SO good. Just be sure to use the Angel Food cake mix that you only have to add water to.0

Looks like the juice and all Mina, so it's got bits of fruit in it, and the juice is the liquid that you're going to use for it.0
