Measured my upper arm out of interest tonight and it is 9 inches.
My thigh is only 10 inches larger.
What do your biceps measure, ladies ?

Phahaha. Are you kidding me? Mine is 10.5 - 11 depending on how much *kitten* I've been kicking lately.0

Oh right, thanks ladies. Not really up on arm measurements, my upper arm is actually only a tiny bit larger than my forearm.0
-
Mine is 11. My forearm is 9 at the widest part. So no, not too large. My arms look great.0

How far up? My upper upper arm is 12". Unflexed bicep is 11, flexed is 12. Forearm is 10" .And my thighs are 23.5". I've always had good arms.0

Right near the top at the largest part. Not checked what it is flexed.0 -
my forearm is 10", biceps 13" or something like that. they look ok, but they aren't in the best shape they've seen.
9" sounds average to me0 -

I have an embarrassingly large arm, it seems, at 15".0

forearm 11"
bicep 14"
thigh 21"
so my forearm is bigger than your bicep0 -
Okay, thanks for your responses, and yes bean, guess I am obsessing a bit.
One of those negative mindset evenings, due to the usual xmas stress, I guess.1 -

Flexed bicep is 12 in, thighs are 22, don't think its that big of a deal to only have 10 in difference0

 Everyone needs to be shook out of it sometimes.0 -
I would not nitpick in such a way, it is not exactly the healthiest mindset. You are fine the way you are. If you think you have body fat to lose, approach that. If not, just love your body the way it is... what is "normal" will vastly vary from person to person. I would risk to say there is no "normal", only "average" - and average is a rather soleless scientific term, at best.0
