Baked/Cooked food tracking

I'm sorry if there is another thread on this...but i wasnt quite sure on how to search this....
how does everyone track baked and cooked foods....
EX: i bake a cake then only have 1 slice...how do i enter that?
EX: 2 this morning wife and i cooked pancakes i had 2 n
ow how do i enter those? any help would be appreciated greatly

It's SO easy and why I love this site.
You have a recipe feature under food. What you do is you enter all the ingredients of the recipe, name it, and then enter how many servings the recipe makes. MFP actually calculates the calories for you!0 -
Under you food tab there is a recipe tab that you can use to enter the cake recipe and choose how many servings there are per cake. Then you can enter one serving. Same with the pancakes. Very handy tool.0
