Sugars

MFP set my sugar limit to 27grams/day. The problem that I have is that I 5/7 days I always go over! I eat alot of fruit, but I also drink juice, etc. I've been paying more attention to how many grams are in the food that I eat, but it's hard to not go over. I heard not to count sugar in fruit, as that is unprocessed or 'natural' sugar. when I go over, it's usually by 10 or 15 grams (so, 37-40grams total).
How much do you pay attention to your sugar? Is too much a bad thing? Should I not be as concerned as I am? What is your daily sugar goal?

I track sugar but go over constantly, as long as that is in wholefoods I am fine with it. Maybe cut out the juice? That is processed, many nutrients are lost and the calories are concentrated.0
