    I'm 5'6" and weight 186lbs (13 stone 2lbs) and wear a size 14-16 (UK), down from 252lbs (18 stone 2lbs) in June 2012, I wore a size 22-24 then. My goal is to be 150lbs and a size 10-12 UK.

    I'm 5'11" and weigh 205 lbs. I set my goal weight, arbitrarily, at 185. My goal is to get a flat stomach again. Once that happens I will be pretty happy whatever weight I am.
