I recently found myself off the wagon with my dieting and exercising. I started a new job back in june and I got so busy with that, I just quit going to the gym and started eating out a lot more often. and with the holidays here I am struggling to get myself back on track! I managed to lose 26 lbs and I seem to have gained back about 4-5. I know it doesn't seem like a whole lot but when u are watching and counting every little ounce lost...5 lbs gained is so discouraging!! I need some motivation to get it together! I had almost reached my gw and now...ugh! I don't know know if I should go back to 1200 cals or what! anybody have any tips or motivating words to help me out! please :-) and thank you!

I struggle with weight loss, I have ONLY lost 5lbs since i started a gym in September with a personal trainer! Get back on the wagon as fast as you can!!! Don't let that 5lbs of weight gain turn into 10lbs and then 15...You worked so hard for it. Just because you fell off the wagon doesn't mean you can't get back on right now. You have it in you to kick it back into gear. 25lbs of weight loss is wonderful! Go get it, girl!
Btw, we all struggle with this sort of thing. Do what is best for your body even if you are tired. Make time for your health!0 -
