Ok so I'm sure many people hear have websites they go to that offer workout suggestions, programs, new ideas etc.

So I think it would be lovely if people could share them so we can all get some inspiration if we want.

So I'll start off I've been using this site a bit. Note lots of the articles/advice/claims are rubbish but some of the workouts, exercise suggestions, programs etc are a good starting point.
