Hello All, My name is Colette and I'm setting things up for success. I plan on starting my new healthy lifestyle day after Christmas, and until then I've been slowly changing my eating habits and cutting back on unhealthy foods.

I used to be so into health and fitness, and my body and mind felt wonderful because of it. I started working in retail and that is when things began to fall apart. My hours are all over the place, and when I'm off work I'm tired and find other things to do instead of working out. I'm tired and I tell myself i deserve this food. In reality, I know this is not okay, not healthy, and needs to change. I know i will feel better for it. I also know I need support to keep my on track and motivated.

I believe this is the place for me, and I look forward to meeting new people who are on the same path as i am :)
