Tips for excess skin?

Hi guys! I'm relatively new here, and I was wondering a few things.

So..because of the fact I'm around 180+ lbs overweight..if I do lose this weight, I know I will have excess skin.

I am just wondering, cause myself being particularly afraid of going under the knife if it's kind of avoidable, would like to know:

Is there any specific exercises you can start doing before you start to lose a large amount of weight to prevent excess skin, even if its just to make it at least less noticeable?

And when the glory days of the excess skin does happen, what form of exercise and tips would be best to shrink it away?
