Hello, I have changed my diet over a Paleo lifestyle, and strength training to crush my plateau. I still include cardio in this lifestyle as well. I run, and road cycle. So far, I've been able to keep the loss going. Since I lost 70 pounds(49 here on MFP), I notice that I'm not that hungry anymore on days I don't workout, and eat the recommended calories. I've been reading on other things that say, maybe you're putting yourself into a conservation mode, but I just don't know. Maybe I'm gaining muscle while losing fat. Does anyone eat less because they're simply not hungry, even if it's a lower calories than recommended? I still want to lose weight. 287 is not acceptable for 5'11" male.

If the end result of your week is a moderate deficit you should be fine.
Some members use Intermittent Fasting (ADF) 5:2 to lose weight.
Some members use cyclical dieting to lose weight.
Some just do a straight cut.

Could be the cardio thats causing the plateau but its hard to say.

How long have you been dieting?
    When was your last maintenance?

I've been in a calorie deficit for almost 4 months now. Maybe my body got used to the lower calories. Last maintenance, or eating not at a deficit, I'm not sure. I think I may have to crunch some numbers.
