Have any fellas tried Jilian Michaels' DVDs?

My boyfriend does her DVDs with me sometimes. He wasn't impressed with the Six Week Six Pack, but he was sweating bullets with the 30 Day Shred. He works out a decent amount - he regularly lifts and goes out for 4 mile runs. Not like boot camp, but he is definitely in good shape. I gave him the 5 pound weights to use for the 30 Day Shred, and he actually dropped them for some of the moves! He liked the cardio aspect of the workouts. And I think he liked showing off all of the push-ups that he could do.
Haven't tried Body Revolution. I did the Ripped in 30 DVD, but I don't recall him joining me for that one.0
