Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself and tell a little about why I am here.


My name is Kirsten and I am 24 :) I have two very handsome little boys. One is 4 years and the other just turned 3 months.
I gained quite a bit of weight with my first pregnancy! Started at 190- ended at 250. That weight never really came off, but then again, I didn't try very hard. With this last pregnancy I started at 220 and ended at 237.
I am currently sitting at 225.

I am tired of being tired. I am sick of feeling like I peaked at 19. I am ready for a lifestyle change! I have never dieted before really and other than chasing my 4 year old around (which can be a task) I have never been big on exercising.

So this is going to be a learning experience for me and I'm sure I will mess up a few times but I know with everyone's help and support I can do this!:blushing:

    No time like the present. You will enjoy your kids much more when you can keep up with them.
