Alright, after losing close to 40 pounds on this site and getting in shape enough to run a marathon, I have kind of been slipping. In short, I am still eating like I was when I was training, but not training like I was. Oooops.
So now I am back, to watch what I eat and log every bite, and get back into the shape I need to be because there is only 10 months until my next marathon, and I don't want to drop dead half way through!
