Solution to boring but effective workout videos.

I love Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred but the thought of listening to that horrible music again was causing me to lose my motivation. My solution? Play the video on my laptop (on mute) while watching TV. I still give-er all I've got while working out but am significantly more entertained and distracted during those horrible, horrible lunges.

    Agreed 100%. I just throw on my iPod and listen to that music instead. Soooo much better.

    I wish I could do this, but I'm not at that point yet. Whenever she says, "Good deeper!", I go deeper! :laugh:

    I started doing her dvd a few days ago and put her on mute and play Christmas music on Pandora instead hehe

    These are good ideas because I too become annoyed by the constant repetitiveness of the video! Will definitely
    try switching to listening to my ipod or put on pandora instead :) Thx!!
