Yumm....Does it have to be frozen? or can I use fresh?0 -
i like to blend bluberries with some milk and vanilla ice cream. also, i like to make a protein shake with vanilla powder blueberry and banana. blueberry bread or muffins are good, as well as freezing them and eating them like that for a tasty frozen snack0

frozen is cheaper and it makes it more like a milkshake. i suppose you could use fresh but i'd still freeze them. if you absolutely want non-frozen blueberries, it probably would work. i've just never done it before.0

I have a protein smoothie every morning with blueberries, banana and vanilla powder mixed into some almond milk! DELICIOUS! Blueberries are also yummy mixed in vanilla greek yogurt or in protein pancakes!0

Blend together:
16 oz. fat free or low fat cream cheese
16 oz. fat free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp orange extract
6 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp stevia
3 scoops french vanilla whey
Makes 9 servings, 1/2 cup each. Toss each serving with fruit -- I like to use 1 cup of sliced strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries and serve it in a tall parfait cup. SO good!!
Per serving (before adding whatever fruits you like): cals 129, carbs 11g, protein 18g, fat 1g0 -

12oz cranberries, 1 cup OJ or water, 1 cup sugar. Boil water and sugar, add cranberries and simmer for about 10 minutes until cranberries burst. Take off stove and fold in 2 cups of fresh or defrosted blueberries. Cool. Great taste and really good for you.0
