    Having seen the photos:
    1. Get lifting!
    2. What's that rabbit about?
    3. That I noticed a rabbit when there's bare female flesh in plain view makes me wonder if I'm going slightly gay.

By looking at the pictures you posted I'm not sure where you see any fat...

There are pictures I can't post anywhere since they're too revealing....but it's there. I don't understand how some can't see it.

Having seen the photos you need to eat and lift. If you think you have excess fat I would suggest that the issue exists in your head.

Well I did gain some by losing muscle. You can see it in my belly pooch....and my underarms. I'm hoping the muscle will tighten and bring my waist in to where it was again.... even my legs are bigger but I can't upload those without them being too revealing.. lol

Just start lifting and see how things go in 3 months. Yes, 3 months, not 3 hours.

That's my plan. I was on a diet break for two weeks but am going to extend this until March. OM NOM NOM NOM!

I guess I just gotta take a leap of faith and gradually eat more while lifting...see what happens... I'm nervous, though. lol Fear and the mind are powerful...

It's a strange one. I'm excited by possibilities. My mind is on the goal.

I really don't mean to sound rude or mean however it may be best to speak with a doctor or nutritionist. None of the photos you posted show fat. I don't see where you see it.

I just looked at your pictures. I am not seeing fat. So, either you want more definition, which following what SideSteel has recommended will help with, or you may have a distorted self image. If you are seeing yourself as fat you may need to talk to someone about it. I am not trying to be harsh or am I even saying that you have an issue - it could just be us not totally getting what you are trying to express about what you want to improve. Either way however, eat at a small surplus and weight train as has been suggested.

This. If you weigh only 100 lbs and still think you're pudgy...the issue is in your head. Yes, you can reshape and resculpt, but you are obsessing over this to an unhealthy degree. Said with love and support, believe me...I'm hearing pain in your posts.
