Hey all! I'm Steph and I'm 26. I've been struggling with my weight for a really long time. I can't count how many times I've tried to lose it and have failed miserably. I need to do this for me. My body hurts and I hate the way I feel. I want to be healthy for me, I want to be healthy for my kids. I want to lose around 50 pounds and I know I've got my work cut out for me. But I'm ready! Hey Steph, This is Muhit, I am 23, trying to lose some pounds to finally show those packs. Tried it before, achieved it then lost it. Doing it over again! Hopefully, will get it within few weeks.
