Started P90 need supplements?

Ok so i just finished my first week of MFP and power 90. My target calories per day (before any exercise) is in the 1500-1600 range.

I've never taken any supplements when I'm on a fitness regimen (other than a scoop of soy protein here or there), but I've also never cut calories while doing so.

I cook almost 100% of my diet all the time anyway and don't eat many processed foods at all.

For the last week i've been drinking about 32oz of blended strawberries, banana, & apple juice with a scoop of soy protein after every p90.

Should I be doing something else? I really know nothing about the supplement world.

  • just multi-vitamines & minerals should do, if you see you're often low in your proteins, you can also take some of that...
