Is there a way to track sodium and fiber on the food diary?

Not only tracking but how much should you have in a day? Is there such a thing as too much fiber.

    Yep, just click the food tab then settings and you can change from there!

    Just go to the top of the page near login line...click on settings...then food diary settings will let you add fiber. Easy!
