5'10. Currently 132Ibs.
Aiming to get back to 126-128 that I was until end of October.
Isn't it a little hypocritical that your profile says "I do NOT add those with EDs who are focussed on getting thinner, rather than on getting better" ?0 -
Just depends on your frame. I'm 5'10" and I thin I looked good at 135-140 but some people said I was too thin... I'm one of those people who can't get a flat tummy unless I'm at my absolute leanest, ideal weight.
Same here, I am 5'9 currently 157lbs and I have a gut and thunder thighs (size 13 pants) I need to get to upper to mid 140s until I have a flat tummy. My goal is 135 might not go that low I'm just evaluating as I go.
A small recommendation: Work on your body composition. Instead of focusing on the number on the scale, work on your cutting your body fat percentage and retaining lean body mass (muscle). The best way to do this is with a calorie deficit and strength training.
Now, I know that sounds identical to losing weight, but without strength training, it's very hard to retain your LBM when you're in a deficit. A low BF%/high LBM is what gives you a "flat tummy", not a low number on the scale.
Take this knowledge and do with it what you will.0 -
I am 5'11 and I weigh 185...I used to have a goal weight, but I dont anymore. I am eating right, lifting heavy weights, and sculpting my body into something beautiful.
I would like to reduce my body fat while retaining my LBM.
So maybe I will wind up somewhere in the 160's?
But I dont really care.
And that feels pretty stinking amazing.0 -

I'm 5'8" male 38 years old. Set my goal at BMI of 22. I've lost a little since that. Comfortable at 137. I also use body fat % as a guide also.0

5'10, 154 lbs (I'm at goal)
This is where I want to be. To be honest, I've never been anywhere close, and once I get nearer (like, under 200lbs) I want to reassess with regards to body fat and concentrate on that, rather than the number on the scale. But 154lb is BMI 22, so it's a good enough approximation for now0 -
5"11 goal 1350
-
I'm 5'10" as well and my goal weight is 160lbs. Went down to 152 and I looked ok but it was hard to maintain!0
-
5"10, and all the height to weight charts say for my frame (medium) I should be somewhere around 150-155. I'm ignoring them. I'm 183 now and I look good. I'm just going to keep doing cardio and weights and see what else my body can do. I would be thrilled to get between 165-170, but it's not a set in stone goal. I realized that just because the number on the scale is low, it doesn't mean I'm healthy. the unhealthiest I've ever been was when I was 130 lbs, and my 183 lb self now could run circles around that, and out lift her. my profile pic is me at 205 lbs.0

Another 5'10" female here - my ideal weight is 160-168lbs :-)0

I am 5"9' - I set my goal weight at between 11st 8lbs or 11st 10lbs ( - I think its in the region of 162lbs (english)) which I am told is within the healthy range for my height. I would prefer to be toned with muscle rather than skinny....(I am 179lbs now)0
-
I am 6'0 and aiming for 154lbs, however I hope to gain the body I desire by lifting weights so I will probably end up heavier than that. I am currently 167lbs and would be happy about 160lbs I would imagine!
Although weight doesn't matter as much to me these days!0 -
Hi, i would like to know about the wrist thing so I can see what frame size I am 5'10 and think I am large boned,I have lost 45 lbs,.thanks0
-
I'm 5"10, and my goal is 180 lb at the moment but that may change when I get there. I just remember being most happy around that weight, as I still had hips, boobs and a bum, but was slim everywhere else. I've never wanted to be skinny.0
-
I'm 5'11 and I'm at goal (145-150 range). I'm thinking 135 is a bit too low. I'd shoot for 145 and reassess. Right now I'm a size 4 jean (stretch) and size 6 dress pants/skirts. I own xsmall, small and medium clothes, depends on the way they are cut.0
-
I am 5'9" and my goal is 170. I will still be able to bench press you.0
-
That is where I am trying to get to,180 I started out in 2011 at 305,,,,I am at 260 now, guess I will see how it goes.I can't think of how much more I need to lose its depressing so I take it 10lbs at a time.0

I'm 5'9 and I currently weigh 147... Goal was 150, but now I'm thinking 140.0
-
5'9.25" - My goal is 165.0
-
I'm 5"10 currently at 260 which is way over weight, my goal is 170..I'm lucky i carry my weight well and don't appear at all as large as I am but my smallest being 185, my new goal is 170.0
-
I am 5'10" and my goal weight is about 160. I got down to 162 a few yrs ago, but it took over a yr....working out and eating right. At my heaviest I was 265...so it;s a big change. I can easily stay around 175, but I feel like I am med-large boned...I have friend that is the same height, but built like a bird who is lucky to weigh 140 soaking wet.0
-
5'9.25" - My goal is 165.
Also 5'9 and going for 165-170 (whatever i'm happy with!)0 -
@ chialvr4 - Good job, way to stick with it. It is hard to get down past 200 when you are heavy, but I did it too, so good luck to you! Once you get to 180 everything will feel better, knees, back, energy level, then you can keep going!0
