Frankie and Benny's Breakfast.....Help pls!

Hi guys :)

Just wondering if anyone could help me with a guesstimate of calories in a Frankie and Bennys Eggs Benedict breakfast please?
I've googled it but can't find it anywhere although I've found a weatherspoons one but as I've never had the breakfast there I don't know the size of it!

    I'm not familiar with that establishment but Eggs Benedict consists of an english muffin, ham, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Use MFP's database to add up the calories and then you can decide for yourself if you want to indulge.
    If you can ask for the hollandaise on the side, you could enjoy the taste but not all the calories as the sauce is mostly butter.
    Ask for fruit instead of fried potatoes.

    Thank you, that's what I did in the end :) And unfortunately I'd already eaten it or I would have had the sauce on the side as that's where a LOT of the calories were! We live and learn :)
