HIIT Cardio

Hi,
At the moment I have being doing HIIT for quiet some time, first starting on the treadmill, then moving on to the bike and then moving outside.
Here is my current HIIT course with image.

I do this course 5 times without breaks and by the end of it I'm quiet knacked. i use to run half an AFL pitch, full sprint, then walk a quarter than jog a quarter and repeat 4 times, rest (stretch and drink water), then do it another 4 times. Each week I increase it. I started out doing 3 repetitions with the current course and I am up to 5, doing 6 coming up this week.
My question is. Is this adequate enough HIIT to burn fat, along with a healthy diet and weight sessions that I do? My main goal atm is to drop BF% to 10% at least (maybe lower) before doing any sort of bulk. I was 15% BF 5 weeks ago at 74-ish KG and I don't know what I am at now. Should I change anything, increase intensity?
Thanks!
