Does anyone else use a weighted vest when they work out? I use one that weighs 20lbs, and was wondering if anyone had any idea how many more calories this would help me burn?

I think the best way to determine that would be do use a HRM to work out with and without the vest... compare your calorie burn - and Please Report BACK TO US! Because I'm curious too!
I keep wondering how much harder I'll have to work out to burn the same amount of calories after I lose my "all natural weight vest" :laugh:0 -
I am looking to get a HRM, the one I have is an older one and does not count calories, I will make sure and report back when I find something out.0
