Compacted Waste and Weight (gross)

Since Ive upped my calories and started working out with more intensity, I noticed I go to the bathroom now. Before, I wouldnt go for days. I have gone down 2 pounds because of that.
I don't even want to log the other pound now, because its probably going to come back once i eat something >:/
As far as body composition, if i were to lose another 5 or so pounds of waste, and plug the new weight into the BF% calculator, the numbers would change. How the hell do I find out my BF% when I could have up to 10 lb of fecal matter caked up in my intestines?

sort of disgusting but interesting. This is one of the reasons BF% calculators are not as accurate as calipers.0
