No logging! No way! It's Xmas day! I won't be logging 24th, 25th, 29th, 31st and the 1st . all family occasions and I plan on enjoying them. I've had a really bad year, and I've fought really hard through out that year... I'll be dammed if I'm stressing about calories at said events.

I'm going to try not to go over the top, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I do. This is a lifestyle changes for me, during this lifestyle there will be family occasions... I'll enjoy them then work really hard afterwards. Please just take a day off from logging Xmas day... Enjoy the day with your loved ones! All your progress won't be undone in 1 day! Have fun! X

I am cooking the Christmas feast so in all honesty I won't get time to log. I will be hopping on and logging just fast calories (my entire allotment plus 1 as I am going to be over and it doesn't matter how much over).

If I get the chance to do so I will try and log them properly in the evening otherwise they are just staying as quick add calories and I will move on.

No disaster. An extra 10 pounds is not going to jump out of my Christmas stocking, yell "surprise" and attach itself to my abdomen just because I have one day over.

...beside, we are about to have a stinker run of weather here in West Oz so Christmas is going to be a nice warm 40C (104F for my US friends) and the rest of the week the temperature isn't going to dip under 38C (100F)...I think any excess is simply going to melt off.

Since I'm not making Christmas dinner, I'll have no idea what all the ingredients will be in the various dishes. I'm going to have a "taste" of the side dishes and fill my plate primarily with turkey and veggies. I'll enjoy one dessert and imbibe a little bit. I set my goal to "maintenance" to see what that calorie limit would be. I should be just fine since my goal is to maintain this week, not lose. This is the same thing that I did at Thanksgiving; I planned to maintain during that week and I ended up losing weight anyway. No stress either way, just enjoying my family and the real meaning of the season. Wishing everyone a joyous Christmas!

Ok - having said I was going to log, but not stress - the truth is, I logged, wished I hadn't and am now stressed. Bring on the pool... haha!
