BodyMedia Fit for maintenance? error calculation?

Hello!

I've been using the BodyMedia Fit and will be going into maintenance. Is it a good tool for maintenance? It has 90% accuracy, should I subtract 10% off the number it calculates and eat those calories to maintain. Or should I eat the number it tells me? I also see that SOMETIMES it calculates higher activity in a car but not all of the time. What do you recommend would be a good approach to maintain?

    How do you like your body media? I have one sitting under the christmas tree and can't wait to start using it. Sorry can't help you for your maintenance question.

    I love mine. Very comfortable to wear but watch out when you're in a car, it might register that as moderate activity!
