It's Christmas Eve here in Australia and I am just about to start my cooking..

...I wonder how many calories I would burn if I logged cooking and food preparation - 8 hours :laugh:

    I cooked thanksgiving dinner and I wore my hrm to see how much I would be losing while cooking. I found that for every hour I cooked, I lost 338 calories.
