Hey guys!! I'm Krista ^_^

I'm a biiiig girl, and was bigger a few years ago.
I'm stuck in a plateau right now.
I've been at 185~190 lbs for the past month.
Constantly fluctuating.

I don't know if this is due to the holiday binges,
or gaining muscle from lots of weight lifting and zumba every week.
Or possibly a combination of both o.o

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I drink 1.5~2 liters of water every day
go to the gym for 1-2 hours every day.
I've cut out Dairy (lactose intolerance and high fat content)
I'm pollo-vegetarian (no red meat and no seafood)
I kicked my soda habits
I've pretty much cut out fast food

what else?

no need to workout for more than an hour while at the gym... losing weight is 90% diet.

just eat healthy, and log your food/track calories....

    oh, and patience is key

well my usual workout is an hour of zumba and an hour of body pump. that's the only reason i'm there for two hours. I really enjoy both of them.

i'm really lazy counting calories but due to my diet restrictions im probably not going over 1500 calories and definitely not lower than 1200. I eat mostly fruit and chicken
  • try your best to ignore ALL craving this holiday if u dont, after the holidays do nothing but exercise and eat healthy!!
  • Just do your best...

if your stuck in a plateau, u should try to change your routine. try doing a different work out or reduce your calorie intake or increase. because ur body is getting used to the same routine.. so mix it up a bit.. give it a little shock..

Definitely true! Try not to let yourself get frustrated-something I know that is hard to do. Look how far you've already come, you should be really proud of that :) Stay focused and be patient!
