Hello Everyone

My name is Jason, and like the rest of us that have come here, I too need to loose some weight. I'm trying to reduce my calorie intake (which after day one is not looking too good) but I know that I cant let that get to me and It'll get better as more time progresses. I am also trying to work out and do some form of exercise every day to aid in my weight loss. If anyone wants to be friends free to contact me :).

    Hey, don't stress out about just one day of some extra cals. The fact you're here and willing to make some decent changes in your lifestyle is what counts.
