After my counselor made the suggestion that I count my calories, I thought to myself that this could be fun. To be honest I was not looking forward to grabing the pen and paper and recording each item. I am absolutely horrified at the amount of calories that I eat. I would not have figured that out if it hadn't been for my brother in law recommending this site to help. I really had no clue to how much I actually eat.

Welcome! This site is great help for tracking how much we eat! I can't even imagine how much I was eating not even realizing it. Right now I'm eating 1500-1600 cal/day and sometimes less and 90% of time I'm not hungry, and all because I started watching what I eat in order to stay within my calories. I'm so glad I found this site, and hope it will be a great help to you too
