I hit "send" too soon! Title was meant to be..."Over Being Overweight My Whole Life"

As a bit of an intro:
I've been overweight my whole life, I'm tired of it getting in the way of everything I do and how I feel, even down to how comfortable I am dating. I just don't want to end up alone or even worse, dead at a young age because of changes I could've made.
