2013 Resolutions

As we wind down 2012 it's time to consider what resolutions we want for 2013. For me this year it's different, normally I'm making those plans that start with start to lose weight again...this year it's continue to lose weight. The same but yet it's different. This is the first time in a very long time I was able to finish the year still losing. I have a great bunch of friends here that keep me accountable. I'm doing it for me and that makes a huge difference. I know in 2013 I will be making HUGE changes and I know you can too. I need to do this and know I have the knowledge and drive to do it. If you need someone to give you that prep talk or someone to be accountable too add me as a friend. Let's make 2013 the year of change.

I don't do the whole new years resolution thing because if there's a change I want to make to my life I do it right now, this second.0

For the last 40 years, I have never made a NYR so there's no point in starting. As per above, if I want to change something, I do it immediately or when appropriate.
Edit: but good luck with continuing to lose weight.0 -
I am happy to say instead of making a New Year's resoloution to lose weight and be healthy, that my resoloution is to continue to lose weight and be heatlhy. It feels so good to be 75 days into this new lifestyle, I may have a bit to go but I feel better this year than I havein a long time! Happy Holidays all!!0

I WILL continue to drink water......lots of it.
I WILL continue to chew my food...more than 4-6 chews (as I used to do)
I WILL continue the mindset that If i want to be bad, I better feel that I have deserved to eat/drink that way (I need to work hard for such an indulgence)
I WILL continue the mentality that indulgence is one thing, OVERindulgence is another...and to stay away from the OVER.
I WILL continue to fill up on the GOOD before taking in any of the BAD.
I WILL continute to have my choices NOT feel like a chore, not like a diet. I want to BE PROUD OF MY CHOICES (Which I am)
I want to continue to say NO when I have bad food offered to me. It's not being disrespectful to say NO...I respect myself very much.
I WILL continue to cheer on my new self, MY HEALTHY SELF
I want to learn to like myself RIGHT NOW and not just the idea of what I want to be
I WILL continue to learn my emotional and physical triggers, of what makes me tick (in both good and bad ways)
I WILL increase my activites because I LOVE ENDORPHINS (heehee)
I WILL continue to be a sounding voice for those looking for motivation
I WILL continue NOT being a victim because of my illnesses/ailments (Sjogren's, pacemaker, lazyass mid-30's woman. lol on the last one)
I WILL continue to be happy because my mood DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
I WILL continue to get a good night's rest!!!
most of what I want, I am already in my habit form. I WILL continue my habits and hopefully pick up a few more. ))))))0
